Wet and stinky on the inside…
So the blocks look dry, but aren’t. Cutting them down isn’t really that easy, so we’ll have to wait until they dry, as crush testing soggy blocks would be a waste of time and really, a waste of the blocks. Testing has been postponed…
Back to the paperwork.

Cut here.

Kaolinite cuts quite easily…

Careful with the montmorillonite blocks…

Careful, careful…

Yellow, that’ll be from the hacksaw blade…honest

Mmm, squishy…pretty squishy…stinky. pretty stinky…
Ha ha – stinky wee.
Sorry guys but great stuff. Look forawrd to hearing about the test results. how long do you think the bricks will take to dry? is this in the studio? What is the temp in there? when do you think you will begin testing?
Keep up the good work.
Mike
Bad luck with soggy interiors. Either it’s a chemical problem or Toby’s piss is just too resilient to ever evaporate.
